Only makes me believe he's intentionally doing this to make the spreading worse. The question should be now has he been doing this from being compromised by Putin? How long before he's trying to get put ins oil sanctions lifted for him? I think that'll be enough for me to know Putin has him compromised and working for him, not with him.
