Biden on CNN live now: "Never question a person's motive but you can question his judgment."

when asked if he thought Trump was deliberately misleading people RE coronavirus severity. He said, " I learned a long time ago to never question a person's motive but you can question his judgment."

On edit: MOVING TO PRIMARIES - I keep forgetting the primaries aren't over yet.

gotcha question many times. I know anchors think he's not bright at all but come on, give it up already. Very proud of Joseph R Biden Jr.

How do you know that? Sure sounds like a "some people say" statement. Please identify the "anchors".

Isn't intent and motivation considered a legal factor in determining guilt? So, WTF there?

I think Trump's judgements are based on his motivations and those even transcend a financial benefit he or his cronies might get. Never question a person's motive? Where did he learn something so misguided? Is there a club where one is sworn not to question it concerning one's fellow members?

I don't think Trump puts any priority on saving American lives or protecting us and that his motivations rest primarily on grabbing more power in order to be the first, bona fide dictator of this country, thereby ending any democracy we have struggled for.

Would Biden question the intent of a person who murdered someone, or just pass it off as a bad judgement call? They may have intended to get money, an inheritance, or revenge, or it may have been self-defense as the motivation, no?
