If you are not on SNAP benefits, and can avoid going to the store on the three days that start with the reloading of SNAP/WIC benefits cards in your state, please do. This is the time when those on food support will do the bulk of their shopping for the month.
Here's a link to schedules for all the states:
https://fns-prod.azureedge.net/sites/default/files/snap/Monthly-Issuance-Schedule-All-States.pdf
If you can avoid buying too many items that are labled "WIC Eligible" please do - those on SNAP/WIC have no alternatives if these items run out.
Stay safe out there!
