3. The way he set up the procurement process for PPE supplies and ventilators is about the

dumbest thing I have ever seen. A portion of my career was spent managing supply chain for my company and any supply chain manager/exec will tell you that this is not how you do it. This process should have all been centralized by the feds from the start. What he has done is moronic. How anyone could think he's a smart business man is beyond me. He damn sure doesn't understand the first thing about procurement/supply chain processes.
