1. A lot of stuff attributed to Trump wasn't anything he himself did

He just didn’t give a flying fuck and his incompetent staff just did as they pleased. If he’d have been in the ball and had the slightest idea how to be a president some of this stuff would have been caught

2. HE DID IT. He deliberately decided NOT to use the Defense Production Act to REQUIRE these

mask producers to sign contracts to produce the masks and sell it to the government, instead of their usual distributors.

That was his deliberate choice, no doubt influenced by the profiteers surrounding him.
