Remember the GI Bill?

When this is over and we hopefully have a fully Democratic government, how about a Workers Bill for all the people keeping us going, mostly low wage workers.
Start with a national $15 minimum wage, guaranteed healthcare for everyone, paid sick leave, help with education, help with housing and so on.

I hope this crisis has woken up Americans on who we really need to help. And it's not the wealthy so called "job creators'.

They'll hate it very much.

Once this winds down they will be against everything that could cost a dime. Deficits, deficits, that's all we're going to hear about. They caused the huge deficits prior to the pandemic but boy howdy the howls that we'll hear from the left.

I imagine they'll let the country fall into deep depression before they'd ever consider what you propose. Let's hope I'm very wrong
