The cities and neighborhoods with the highest CV rates per 100,000 residents are, for the most part, the richest ones. For instance, ritzy Hancock Park is 200.91, while my poor Highland Park is 18.68. Any theories? Travel? More testing? ???

(9,696 posts)If we were all tested, I doubt there would be much difference in rates. Rich people right now have access to testing that the rest of us mere mortals don't.
