I expect their infection rate to be lower than urban areas but their death rate will be sky high.

The population is particularly unhealthy and many live in areas with nothing but a hyped clinic serving as their hospital. I am from a place like this and my extended family still lives in one.

They are 75 miles from the nearest real ICU unit.

Add to that many of them still think it is a ploy to take out trump. I have a cousin who thinks the deaths in NY are all faked using crisis actors. Batshit crazy.
