14. The solution to sheltering in place with sick people is to test everyone,

or at least make the test and results readily available. What we have today is poor availability of tests, hundred of thousands of tests waiting for analysis, and a national level response that is basically in chaos. The states DON'T have the resources to buy tens of thousands of ventilators and millions of pieces of PPE, that is why we are federalized, the federal government can use it's massive resources to procure and distribute such items.

We have a serious problem, with the worst possible person being responsible for leading the response to that problem.
