It was two days ago that someone from the SBA leaked that this roll out would be more fudged up than the original Obama Care Enrollment roll out.

You need to make sure that they qualify. That they're using the money the way you want. That they actually use *all* the money in the necessary ways. You want to track it.

Do you put it in $50,000 packages and hand it out, saying, "Before you leave, be sure to sign in the back. Print your name and include a contact number"?

Or do you want a lot of information? And if you want the information, do you want actual confirmation and proof or do you just trust a person you don't trust to size up the person and say, "Yeah, I trust that person"?

With oversight comes regulations, reporting, verification, documentation.
