In my few forays out I see people distancing and stores with marked waiting spots at the register.
I saw 4 guys distancing out into the parking lot at a UPS store (as I drove by) last weekend.

* I'll be honest, I didn't read the whole thing.

It's morbidly funny, that those rural counties in Virginia don't have access to medical facilities, that could deal with COVID-19!

But, it appears that they are refusing to follow the Social Distance standards...which means they will pay for it, but their refusal will have an adverse affect on others.

often travel a lot and that does not mean they are coming in contact with anyone else. Land is spread out. I never go anywhere but the feed store once every few weeks because I need to yet I am certain the amount I drive would be considered a grade of D. I have not been anywhere for 2 weeks or seen another person other than the 2 who live here with me yet I would show higher than you should by my driving.

I went there to see details on IL.
Map says touch state to start, but none of the links for me.
Too bad. I'd like to see the county breakdown here.

As the primary feeder into Washington DC. I would assume that Virginia has a relatively high ratio of essential workers.

Edited to add. Nevermind. I see the closer you get to Washington, the better the behavior. It seems to be the rural Counties at fault.

The lack of traffic and distances between each other in my local Kroger show it.

They are using that as a stand-up for how well people are reducing social contracts.
