south of Route 30 is the equivalent of Alabama. Aside from the school towns like Bloomington and Champaign, it's a bunch of inbreeders who despise Chicago so much that they root for the Cardinals over the Cubs. And they elect people like Bruce Rauner.

As far as I'm concerned, they can go ahead with their plans. Chicago will be better off.
