First let me say this, I spent 18 years in the Air Force being a brat..............
never having a extended frame work of friends after always moving, getting the best education in the world, seeing the world, and if we were on base, we had to get out of our car to put our hand over our heart during the bugle call of the Last Post and if you didn't and the military police saw it or an officer, and if you did anything it went on your fathers record, because the base commanders and the service made it so.
We were taught at a young age to respect being on the base and being a part of that family, and one of my first jobs was working in the base commissary saving up my money bagging groceries, 25 cents a bag on non pay days to making 50 cents a bag on pay days, me and the four other kids working our assess off to buy our first cars and have spending money...................that being said................
Today or last night we had this..............from some petty asshole sitting in the white house, because a man who had a job to do, which is foremost to protect this country and his sailors from any and all harms was fired, because he decided to pen a letter to protect his troops and ask for help from a danger that has infested the entire planet except Antarctica that we know of, and in so doing this MAN was fired.
This operation that he was in charged with at the time, was on the front line to protect this country, which was in the South China Sea, and he was fired, because at the very least least shows that when this man and his sailors and marines needed to have those in more power than himself asked for guidance told this man, that he was fired, should send alarm bells through out the country.
And whoever did this needs to brought in and asked who told you to do this..............we already know, but it needs to be exposed again that the asshole sitting in the white house is derelict in his functions to serve and protect this country......and his dangerous, and is completely incompetent and should be removed from the office and anyone that supported this measure....................

I also am really pissed off, even as a air force brat, I was told duty, honor, country.....................yes it is duty, honor and country, and even if I do not support all the military on all issues...............I do understand one thing............understanding why this man did what he did...............and it is called empathy and principles...................
There is a on-line petition to get this man reinstated, if you want you can sign it...................because for some of you with loved ones that could be on that ship he was trying to ask for help...................and help protect the country by honoring his oath to do so.........and I am going to do my part to get him reinstated.................
