I am fucking depressed

the mother fucker is still 'pRseident and we are almost at 7000 dead
have not really been anywhere in a month

probably will die because of this shit

and just found out our school principal is being moved to a different school next year and we are getting a b for a new principal

I am just so fucking tired of it all

I try not to get too down... many people have it far worse than I do at the moment. But the future feels so ominous.

music also increases feelings of happiness and relaxation-- hits some of the pleasure/reward brain chems it's thought- mainly good old dopamine.
