They have their themes. One during Obama’s time was the number of state (and I think local) seats that Repubs had taken during his terms. The math always gets fuzzy with them but it started with 600 and ended up with 1,000. Mind you these numbers kept increasing even between elections.

I then stumbled upon and article about Dens just crushing elections as soon as Trump took office. I’m pretty sure the number is 6 or 7 hundred. Some of that is due to the mass exodus/retirement of Repubs up and down legislatures. The old time incumbent is gone and they put up real whackos while the Dems have done a fantastic job of recruiting great candidates. The Dems also got over the “wait your turn” nonsense.

I don’t think people understand the fire lit and the networking that came out of the Women’s March. They was some talk about it here but nothing predicted the massive scale of turnout on that day. Nothing.
