4. I'm still trying to work out how Benghazi was supposed to be the fault of the Secretary of State.

What did they think Secretary Clinton should have done? Personally hide behind a bush outside the consulate with an M-16 to mow down the terrorists before they could attack?

I've heard so many say she told the military to stand down. In what world does the Secretary of State have such a power?
