I was very touched by the Queen's address. I told my daughter to play it for my grandsons so they would know what leaders SHOULD sound like!

She never once accused the NHS workers of stealing supplies!

and i also know that she is mostly a figurehead, but her speech was EXACTLY what I needed to hear.

Not at all what we are hearing from the leader here.

But he despises the monarchy. He did appreciate her speech though (he and his daughter are severe asthmatics and he’s been a wreck).

I despised W, but there were times when he did say the right things. As much as I disliked him, he was certainly more "presidential" than the orangePusBall we have in the WH now.

I wish Obama would make an official message. It would be helpful and it would drive the new guy insane with jealousy! These are different and new trying times for the whole world, I think it would be appropriate to hear from past presidents.
