Assuming the DEM wins in 2020, we still have to deal with almost 60 days of Agent Orange. Once the DEM takes over, I'm certain we'll see a co-ordinated plan on CV.. but...

1) How much damage can the orange turd cause in those 60 days? Disband all federal response, liquidate the stockpile, tell the states 'you on your own'.

2) Will he try to throw up every road block he can with hateful vengeful executive orders

3) or will he just try to loot the country, sell everything he can, strip the White House (or trash it like a spoiled brat) and then make a run for it to Russia thinking it will be a safe harboe

4) What the fug can we do about it?

1. Assuming the nation says "Bye Don" in November...

... maybe we can do a "go fund me" to buy him out of his remaining term and install Joe Biden early. Or tolerate a short term president Mike Pence to see us through to inauguration day.

2. I think he will resign,

Get pardoned by Pence for all criminal acts committed in office, then leave the US on his airplane for anywhere without an extradition agreement with the US.

4. He will never resign.

He knows he will get by with anything he has already done and do much more between now and the time we finally can get rid of him. He won't resign.

3. He wont be able to do much.

It's pretty easy to slow down all that stuff in court for just 60 days. Besides, knowing that he is outgoing, federal employees are not going to go along and carry his orders immediately if its outrageous. They will drag their feet.

6. The Senate can approve neo-nazis as Federal Judges

Trump can pardon a whole lot of people ....for cash
Bill Barr can block all investigations, shut down all federal suits against Trump and his cronies and destroy documents....there will be a huge bill for paper shredders.
Trump will certainly work to finish off his hit list of destroying political advisories and Military funds transferred to him personally through many different channels. (Supreme court already approved that for the wall)

5. I think #3 is a very real possibility. I am not sure he will even run anywhere.

Ex-presidents seem to be very protected from any repercussions of their years in the WH. See jr, the war criminal and his sidekick, Mr Waterboard himself.
