2. I learned something new from this

I have been doing most of the things he discusses, but was completely unmindful about the possible exposure of my glasses! I have several Dollar Store pairs - moving to "inside" and "outside" glasses now.

4. I went to pickup my meds

Today and I wore a mask and sunglasses,when I got in I Lysol my bags,meds,shoes take off my pants and shirt,dump them in the washer than I get the sink full of soapy water I throw in my glasses and my mask into the suds for like 30 seconds while washing my hands. Than I wash and rinse the glasses and mask.
Sit them in my room to dry. Last I go back to the very sudsy water wash my face and hands and I am done.
