A "significant outbreak" of COVID-19 at a Madison County nursing home has left nearly a dozen people dead.
Indiana State Health Commissioner Dr. Kristina Box said 11 residents of Bethany Pointe, a nursing home in Madison County. Three employees are also hospitalized from COVID-19 - two of them critically, Box said. - TheIndyChannel
