Walmart employee's family files wrongful death lawsuit after man dies of coronavirus complications

The family of a Walmart employee in Illinois who died from complications of COVID-19 filed a wrongful death lawsuit on Monday.

According to the lawsuit, Wando Evans, 51, told store managers that he had symptoms of the coronavirus, but he was ignored.
Walmart has been contacted for comment.

Company lawyers are not going to order employees back unless they can provide a safe workplace, no matter what the screaming orange maniac says.
