had done nationally what the Bay Area did when they did it.

This should have been a NATIONAL lockdown, with the "President" working with all governors etc. to lock down.

We all so desperately want to return to normal, but fools like Asa Hutchinson in Arkansas (still) and, until very recently, Bill Lee (TN) and DeSantis (FL) make it seem exceedingly unlikely that a lockdown will work unless it is implemented everywhere.

Add to that a REAL testing regime for international ports of entry, that would have GREATLY ameliorated things.

How 'effin stupid do you have to be not to understand that?
