Zinc and the coronavirus.

Lots of solo outside walking and bike riding.

Keep the lungs blown out. Keep the cardio system strong.

Are they meat-eaters?

Do they eat shrimp or oysters?

Do they eat a lot of eggs?

Do they drink a lot of milk, etc?

except I eat lots of yogurt and cottage cheese instead of milk. For years, I have taken low-dose zinc supplements along with vitamin C.

We swear by it. It is worth a try, and I don't have money riding on it unlike Trump!

6. Whole foods containing zinc always better but if you supplement keep it well under 40 mg.

While generally safe, above that you may develop GI upset and for some, kidney stones, but even more important, there are conditions where one should be extremely cautious. That includes diabetics and those men with prostate cancer.

I checked and it’s only 5 mg zinc, 33% DRA.
Also has magnesium which I swear by.

13. You likely get a good deal more from your diet, so, that should get you by.

I believe many in this country are magnesium deficient, so that is not a bad addition.

either because of the health issues she has or the medications she's on, lots of seemingly harmless vitamins, teas or foods can be detrimental to her health. I look everything up and check with her doctor before she adds anything to her daily regime.

I sometimes take 2 of my daily multi's - perhaps I'll check the zinc content per pill.
