(102,262 posts)While generally safe, above that you may develop GI upset and for some, kidney stones, but even more important, there are conditions where one should be extremely cautious. That includes diabetics and those men with prostate cancer.

Also has magnesium which I swear by.

(102,262 posts)I believe many in this country are magnesium deficient, so that is not a bad addition.

(11,769 posts)either because of the health issues she has or the medications she's on, lots of seemingly harmless vitamins, teas or foods can be detrimental to her health. I look everything up and check with her doctor before she adds anything to her daily regime.
