Maybe 3, 4 people (including me) in the entire store wearing a mask, including cashiers

It wasn't crowded at all, but with my home-made tshirt face cover it looks like I'm there to rob the place.

It's really not as awkward as you think once you just bite the bullet and do it. The more people who do it, the more that will feel comfortable doing it too.

I honestly have not seen a single African American wearing a face mask.

Every single day, at least a dozen threads about the “trip to the store.”

Then other threads saying how only red states ignore the the stay at home order.

Really funny, not in a good way.

wore mask and gloves and spent over $100 for groceries. I'm set for another 2 to 3 week period. I was in a local, employee owned chain and the shelves were surprisingly empty. Since they had no large bags of Meow Mix, I bravely stopped at the Walmart Neighborhood store across the street. Amazingly, Walmart was fully stocked, but none of their employees were gloved or masked. Cashier was totally exposed and didn't wipe the conveyer nor card machine down. She didn't even have hand sanitizer. Got my bag of cat food and sprayed it down with Lysol before putting it in my car.
