Precedent - a thought

Wouldn't the Supreme Court‘s decision not to halt, move, or rescheudle the WI primary yesteday serve as precedent for Novemer presidential election? I.e., that it must proceed regardless of other factors??

Unlike State elections, the presidential election is stipulated in the constitution.

All efforts must be made for extending mail in ballots.
