The Feds provided Illinois 15 test machines capable of providing N COVID-19 test results in 5 minutes.

Yay! Progress - Finally!

And only provided 120 tests to go with them. Or if you prefer, 8 tests per processor.

I have to edit to correct something. The Feds did not actually provide the tests or the readers.

Illinois contracted with a pharm. equipment/research firm to produce thousands of the tests and the feds took most of them and left 120 tests and 15 readers

I was listening while at work and got it garbled. JB has been working this issue hard and he's getting sabotaged by the US Government

It is actually worse than I stated in the OP on second listen.

Illinois had an agreement and contract for thousands of the quick response tests, but the Feds took them and left Illinois with 15 readers and 120 tests.
