They are just selfish, terrible people. At least that is how it looks to me. They are not trying to help the rest of the country. They are just trying to make bank and get richer off this. They are just selfish, horrible people. Incompetence would indicate they are trying to help anyone but themselves. I have yet to see evidence of them actually trying to help the country. So, they are just horrible.

that ALL this can conceivably be due to incompetence. This is a purposeful dismantling and destruction of our institutions. Nothing less. We must realize this if we are to fight it.
