...my wife & I won't see $ until at least late October, even on the up & up.
That's OK, because I agree with the way it's being prioritized. Lowest income folks first.

And, neither is relevant to the fact that there is a prioritization scheme based on income.
It was several newspapers on Monday & reported on CNN.
It's not a "belief". It's a recitation of fact.

What I am reading indicates paper checks will go out to really poor people with no direct deposit starting on 4/24 and then to the slightly less poor on 5/1 and so on. I you said "first" in your post, IMHO they are at best the first among the runners up.

If it’s anything like the SBA PPP process...it’ll be all kinds of fucked up. Count on THAT.

But, on the bright side, there's no process here. No application, etc.
Could go more smoothly than the business side.

By having to go through banks to get those SBA loans, I was suspicious of that. It sounds like the banks are claiming they've already loaned it all out and that they need more.

spanning more than 30 years. They do a ton of SBA work and they’re telling me that this process is a mess like they’ve never seen. Almost no guidance and no accountability for funds. We had our payroll reports to the bank before the MF even signed the bill into law and had the application completed and returned within an hour of the SBA sending it out. Sorry for my skepticism but the money, imho has been stolen. I don’t think it’s the bank. It’s the SBA led by the WH...no oversight and it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to guess what’s happened.

That's why I've said, it won't be long after the $2.2 trillion is gone, we're going to hear so many stories of fraud and abuse. Sad part of it is, no one will be held accountable for it.
