Observation while doing a Cosco

Grocery Run for or Neighbor and as well as our restock list. Seniors are allowed to shop early from 8 am to 9 am with every one else is not allowed to enter the store until 9 am.

Amazing how people just do not get it. Signage tells everyone in three Languages what Cosco's Shopping Times are and who has Preference because of the Covid Pandemic.

Two Groups stood out like Rotten Potatoes. Those under 59,who had a separate line to wait in,crying out loud,I got in line at 7:06 and was like the 20th in line, and yes,a hand full of under 59 started their bitch at the fellow who was doing his best to keep everyone separated by 6 feet. That is discrimination letting those old people have first choice to enter the store.

Next group that really stood out was Seniors not wearing any type of Face Protection as well as Hand coverings. What part of complying with a State Wide Request to cover up for your saftey as well as others don't they get. No Maga hats that I saw, couple of MAGA T-shirts,yup,no masks or gloves, one with a walker and looking like warmed over death, another let all us know, this standing in line sure sucks.

BTW,Cosco was well stock,no apparent Stock Outs. Toilet Paper limit was 1 per Customer, again, the Maga T shirt dude was bailing two carts full until a Floor Manager told him 1 per, holly hell broke loose, did not hang around, just got to heck out of the area. And never looked back. Noticed the Store Manager Lady headed for the T P aisle as I headed for the Freezer Cases. Hope she tossed his ass out the door.

BTW,the early open Senior Line was about a 100 people all doing their best at keeping their safe distances.

Hundreds show up and wait hours. We have 80 percent of the county over 65. I go at 6 pm and nobody there or very few.

our EBT cards are filled during the first ten days of the month. And that is determined alphabetical. General rule of thump is,you just stay away from Cosco the first Wednesday thru Sunday of the month. Same for Winco. Had not planned on going today, but my Neighbors needed supplies and they are at risk folks.

Tried to order Peapod for pickup at the store and the manager called, they were so overwhelmed they cancelled a number of orders, mine included. They gave me a $50 gift card for my trouble.
So I went there yesterday during Senior Hour, 6 to 7 am (ugh). Everyone wearing masks. People kept their distance. They had a worker at the cash registers directing people to the next open register so nobody got close. Plexiglass shields at cash registers. I was pleasantly surprised they had everything I needed except TP and distilled water. Some items had a limit of 2 like the non-existent TP.
