Do you want people to comply with the guidelines to help keep people stay safe, or not?

Most of the time I have zero use for Melania, and I wish she would just go away and be quiet. But this is a good thing. There are people who admire her, who might be convinced by this to take steps to protect all of us. Let's not discourage things she does that are actually good things.

(There's plenty of bad stuff we can still condemn her for. Trust me, we won't run out of stupid, vain, insensitive, petulant, etc. things to criticize.)
