1. Mid level managers/directors who just reached peak earning through attrition. Poor critical thinking skills, so they go along with the crowd. Watch/Listen to FAUX News, Rush, and the other idiots because that is the discussion in meetings.
2. Guys who didn't ascend to mid level management, yet still try to fit in. The 'others' (usually women) are the cause they didn't get promotions. (unless at one point they had a person of color as a boss, if that person was a woman, they really are the defined cause of their failure)
3. All are scared and weak, tRump makes them feel tough.
To be fair, the Men % drops as education is increased.
