. There is confusion as to who exactly is in charge and all the
while states are getting nothing

Maybe it is just me, yet it seems that our Republicans in power want us all dead, Blue States, of course, however we house Maggots too, they are going to die here as well in those red states where the Governors have their heads so far up their asses that they have no clue as to what will be happening to all of them very soon now.
