He has never, AFAIK, stated that he signed an order or officially implemented the act.

If he had, we would never have heard the end of it.

He did not, never did.

I would like to see her as President one day. Until then, she is making Trump look like the completely useless POS that he is.

How is it, in a country with so many dedicated, competent, intelligent individuals that we end up with a total fucktard like Trump? What the hell is wrong with this country? I feel like I am going mad.
