1. I do not believe drumpf will allow mass testing because it's contrary to his purpose.

He wants to open this all the back up asap with zero testing for 3 reasons -
1 - political reasons, bad economy hurts him
2 - ensure CV19 hits again hard in the fall to disrupt the elections to as great an extent as possible
3- kill more working class and poor - especially in blue states
