This cutting of production talk is ornamental.
They've been operating at high rate for 30+ days as demand is down 30 million barrels/day.
They're going to cut production because they're running out of space to put it.
They've already pumped a billion barrels nobody needs right now.
That already 10-11 days of world wide demand under normal circumstances. Now with demand as it is, there's 2+ weeks of demand just sitting there.
Pretending to cut over price is a show for weaker speculators.
