I am betting that Sweden is going to shut things down soon.

They are the one hold out in Europe still not doing shelter in place. Their number of cases stats look totally bogus as their number of deaths are more in line with countries like Switzerland and Turkey which have around 25,000 confirmed cases and 50,000 confirmed cases. Their figure of 10,000 confirmed cases is total BS with the number of deaths they have and I see exponential growth in the death count.

They are the only remaining vestige of non-authoritarianism, apparently.

and twice Denmark. Looking at a map of surrounding countries and geography, you would expect Denmark to be running higher and Norway somewhat lower.

A National Review writer was comparing Sweden to Switzerland. Of course Switzerland shares a border with two of the four worst hit large countries (France and Italy).

For Sweden it could be pay me now or pay me later. So long as there healthcare system doesn't get overrun and it can't save those who would have survived, they may come out about the same in the end. For the rest of us we will kick the can down the road hoping for a vaccine or testing and containment to stop it (note we are doing a miserable job with the testing and containment).
