Good Friday isn't supposed to be happy; it's supposed to be somber and contemplative. Since it commemorates a guy getting tortured to death maybe His Lardship is cool with that - more likely, though, he dimly understands that it's a religious holiday of some sort so he should say something, and he's so dim and ignorant that he assumes it's a day when people have parties or exchange gifts or some damn thing. I expect him to wish Jewish people a "Happy Yom Kippur" when that comes around, too.
