We have a bipartisan request from governors, but @senatemajldr
is blocking aid to states & cities. Both @realDonaldTrump
& McConnell still fail to grasp the true scale of this crisis.
We need an interim bill that increases funds for small businesses, hospitals, & states/cities.

is a truly independent oversight of the money already appropriated and this future money, or whatever is put in the bill will be totally irrelevant. Trump will ignore the law and spend the money as he sees fit
