1. This video contains the ICU video from Sky News that was filmed in Italy, not the USA. Conservatives played up very big last week that CNN aired Italian doctors and presented it as New York. They all said “See? CNN gave fake news by using Italy and saying it was the USA”. They will say that again, and they will be correct.

2. This ad used the 1964 election “3. Daisy” ad, which was used against Barry Goldwater. Only political junkies older than age 55 will understand and recognize the ad. 90% of those under age 50 will have no idea what that is in there for.

3. This ad- while is does a fair job of linking the Covid-19 cases to Trump, does NOTHING to explain how Trump dropped the ball. At most, al it does us say that when Coronavirus came, Trump was President. Even the red line sticking up at the end, with Trump hanging on to it, doesn’t explain what that represents. (It represents number of cases, not number of deaths, by the way.) some dumb people will see that and interpret “Trump is Number 1!”, and think it is a PRO TRUMP commercial. Yes, people ARE that stupid.

4. Nothing in this ad tells me it is a Biden ad. Not a thing. Everybody KNOWS Trump is President. Hell, Trump himself could run this ad, put a spin on it, and gain votes.

5. People want to know what will be different if Biden is elected. I want to know what will be different if Biden is elected. This ad doesn’t say- in fact it doesn’t even under. Why would anybody vote for Joe, after watching an ad that contains a nuclear blast, and has a picture of Donny hanging onto a needle showing USA ya Number one.


I get the ad- only because I’m a 60 year old politicial junkie used to seeing the Daisy ad pop out every once in a while. Most Americans won’t get it.

I actually saw the one time it aired. But was repeated in news stories because it was controversial and just about everyone had seen some replay of it.

It was a different time. There was nowhere near as many sources for news or entertainment - or propaganda as now.

I was compelled by the beginning of the famous daisy ad, but thoroughly let down from where I thought it might go. It was a visual and auditory mess. What a disappointment from its potential.
