My daughter lives in Canada and applied for the COVID-19 benefit on Tuesday. It took two minutes to apply. The first payment showed up today - two days later. This is government working for the people.

Why can't the US (the richest nation in the world) operate as efficiently as Canada.

1. Our population is huge compared to Canada

California is a comparison. Can the state send out stuff in two days?

2. Agree on larger population, but I think our infracstructure could be enhanced to

speed things up -- add more backend computer servers, faster internet lines, etc.

And in California also.
