I predict 35% of retail will not reopen. 10% of manufacturing will not return.

Next to my town is Millburn, N.J.

Short Hills, N.J. is incorporated into Millburn. The Short Hills zip code is in the 10 wealthiest in the country. S.H. is the zip code for the residences - average price $2.3 million. Millburn is where retail shops are.

Millburn retail incorporates exercise salons (Flywheel), dress boutiques, make-up stuff (Blue Mercury), upper scale restaurants - think $100+ for a dinner for two, no liquor license, cafes with $4-6 coffee and add $4 for a bagel. Think, the Hamptons without the ocean.

anyways,

BEFORE C-19, 20% of the retail stores in Millburn were vacant. Things weren't good before the virus, they are gonna be worse after.

there's a food bank. Many other parts of the world are also dealing with the COVID fallout and have nothing to turn to for help.

be repossessed, then how will people feed their families? This is ALL on tRump and the gop enablers. ALL OF IT. Orange carbunkle should have been actually doing his job, instead of golfing and holding stupid Nazi rallies. He was not "concerned about impeachment" He had Moscow Mitch in his pocket, blackmailing the gop to vote against it, using Russian rubles. We ALL knew what the vote would be even before the hearing started. Look at the disaster they have created. People's lives are at risk, and families are suffering. This is heartbreaking that one ignorant, lazy, self promoting FOOL can be allowed to create chaos such as this.

Exactly. My first thoughts. "The American Dream", it turns out, was only sloganeering.
