Media Falling For It Again Reopening Country Distraction From Crimes And Incompetence Causing Death

All Trump has to do is say something stupid like "hey let's reopen the country way too soon" so the press can talk about how crazy that statement is. A pure distraction, which everyone knows they will take the bait.

Instead the media should be interviewing all them folks who called the alarm about THIS PANDEMIC and were flatly ignored. The "news channels" have spent enough time showing the carnage, death, and outright criminal negligence, but not enough time showing why it is happening.

Why has the country with by far the greatest health care capacity suffering the most deaths?

We don't need a 9-11 style commission. We already know what didn't happen. Preparing. Why didn't preparing happen? Time they do their jobs and frame it correctly. The Media should spend half their time interviewing the folks who "warned" us for the last 10 years. The ones who were preparing for what is happening today where were sidelined or fired by Trump.

The media is once again showing train wrecks to attract eyeballs instead of showing the people on video prying up the tracks.

The auctioning of PPE and profiteering should have an investigation or two also. Start with Jared's favor handing out and criminal activity. I haven't even heard one person mention the possibility of CRIMES being involved in this nightmare when it is obvious.

For once media don't fail us.

I know doing your jobs is a lot to ask when selling advertising and distracting us from the pillaging has been your main goal for all these years. Maybe the members of the press WHO SURVIVE can actually do actual journalism. Maybe.

4. mostly it makes people think he's the one who closed it down

when in fact he delayed and objected to it, it was local officials, mostly blue state governors who led the response.

he was and is still getting flak for being too slow and negligent, but if the focus is on him making a big reopening announcement, by november people will mis-remember and think he shut it down.

of course he it will be the same game reopening, he can't really do much himself, but he can make a big announcement and then take credit as states and cities slowly do what's best for their area. basically taking credit for the sun rising.

I used to listen to Democracy Now but had to stop. The real news is so raw, startling, and depressing I couldn't hardly handle it.

Death and destruction everywhere being leveraged for $$$$$$ planetwide.

Having news reporting on the murders of all the people standing up to the 1%, people like union leaders, and climate activists planetwide simply can't happen.

I need the filtered down newsspeak I am used to unfortunately.
