(In)Justice Roberts and associates forced urban voters in Wisconsin to put their lives at risk in order to exercise their Constitutional right to vote. And now the Supreme Court says it will do teleconference hearings due to COVID concerns.

I am beyond furious. Apparently the only lives that matter in this country are those on the Supreme Court.

3. The Wisconsin Supreme Court kept the Primary going

The US SCOTUS just said absentee ballots must be postmarked by Election Date.

Both were following Wisconsin Law and Constitution as written. Blame Wisconsin Legislators not the Courts. Courts must interpret, and enforce the law, not rewrite it.

6. They were only asked about absentee ballots postmarking

The law states that they must be postmarked by the closing time of the polls, on Election Day.

The most they could have stated was that postmarks don’t matter, but they still would have been received by yesterday. The US Supreme Court was never asked (as far as I can find), to postpone the election.

This is 100% on the Legislature, even Governor Evers said multiple times, in the week before the election, that he did not have the power to stop the election. He just signed an Executive Order as a last minute last shot. It didn’t work.

Those Wisconsin legislators, pull the strings of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, and it's Wisconsin voters who elected those legislators...let's assign blame in the proper order, voters, legislators, state Supreme Court...

The only entity here with a viable excuse is the State Supreme Court...voters and legislators own this, completely...
