Topos map?

Had picked up the link to the Topos Covid-19 map that Maddow discussed. It refreshed without difficulty and had great info. Tried to refresh it yesterday, and it's just a blank page. And I can't find any info on it.

By any chance does anyone have a working link for it?

but just in case, try clearing your browser cache and your cookies. Then restart your browser and see if that helps.
