The GOP CONTROLS the Senate, (I mean the R's are not serving in the capacity that they were elected for), the courts are being stacked and stuffed like there's no tomorrow and Trump CONTROLS the entire Executive branch. He has the DOJ in his own pocket and all the agencies he has made appointments to are run by people who are either inept or adversarial, (or both) to their agency.

A dictator can do whatever a dictator wants to do. That's how he continues this criminal activity and why he will be ramping up into full gear with the GOP doing everything they can to assist him since they are completely complicit and out to preserve an irrelevant party that would go the way of the Dodo if they don't take over.
