The eyelids are almost invisible in the before pictures, where the skin above them just about covers them. That skin doesn't just vanish on its own. He's obviously had work done there.

Funny thing is that I find plastic surgery on ugly people inside makes them uglier...

But the eyebrow/forehead lift feminizes men and it looks like his nosejob either wasn’t successful or was done to correct a broken nose or he broke it post-surgery- but the tip is narrowed and shortened.

Definitely a chin implant - you don’t get the Kirk Douglas chin suddenly in your 30’s...

Maybe Restylane filler in the cheek dimples...
