Numbers. tRump wants the numbers low. The fewer tested, the less positives that have to be counted.

Remember the cruise ship he didn't want to dock? He didn't want those numbers.

Those private companies do not have nor do they want to ramp up production of tests...and have not been told to do so by feds.

Another reason...we do not have reliable testing...

Another reason is testing verifies that once you contract Coronavirus, you can get it again...this is a killer of millions and millions
