It made me a fan of Sean Connery and Bond movies.

But the later movies got to intensive with gadgetry and stunts.

Did you know "North by Northwest" is touted as precursor to Bond movies? Cary Grant and Eva Marie Saint and the British actor whats his name.
It had all the same routines, an international villain, hero seducing a pretty woman, nail biting adventures by hero.
It is Alfred Hitchcock movie who was a master of suspense. The scenes from Mt Rushmore are fantastic.
