brain and are desperately working for us all to try to contain this pandemic, consider yourself lucky, and I am so jealous!
I dread when FL has to step up. Now would be great, but I don't see that happening. Scary

Quite a crew, wouldn't you say?
Florida's voters have been electing Republican jackasses for governor for 20 years. I guess that's what they want.

(8,758 posts)The closest rural town near me (pop. 900 - where I get my mail and know everyone) - has the best mayor ever. He is keeping everyone informed every other day on Facebook and Zoom. He gives out his personal cell phone for anyone who needs food, a mask, sanitizer, etc. We have local people sewing masks for the mayor to give out. He will actually go to your house and leave these items on your porch. Today, it's snowing here and he is out delivering some donated local apple cider vinegar. He is so loved in this town.
