"Through the darkness we can see the rays of light"...and then I reached for the remote.

Trump opens with "Through the darkness, we can see the rays of light, we can see the light at the end of the tunnel."

I have no way of knowing if it's going to be a two and a half hour pitch to "reopen the country" on May 1, but I'm not gonna sit through it to find out.

Didn't anybody tell him that that's also imagery for when you DIE!

The only time we can see any light is when is bulbous gasbag enormity gets out of the way. His shadow occludes any illumination and that's where the darkness he is talking about originates.

America has never had a darker, in name only, President.
